We believe children learn best when lessons are structured, engaging and tailored to their individual level. Who We Are
Oxford Elite Education Centre is a premium tutoring centre based in Hong Kong, focused on helping children build strong English and academic foundations. We work closely with families who want more than basic homework help – parents who value clear teaching, structured lessons and a caring learning environment. We specialise in English tutoring for children, including phonics, pronunciation, grammar, reading, writing and speaking confidence. We also offer selected academic support, including Science tutoring for international school students.
Our Story
Oxford Elite was created after seeing that many families in Hong Kong wanted more than simple homework help. Parents wanted tutors who could build confidence, explain clearly, and provide structured support that adapts to each child’s needs. We created Oxford Elite to offer a more personal, thoughtful and high-quality tutoring experience for children and families.

Our team combines pragmatic corporate capability, with strong academic backgrounds, and real classroom and tutoring experience.
Michael Li, CFA
Co-Founder & CFO
Michael is a Co-Founder of Oxford Elite Education Centre. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from UNSW Australia, where he studied Accounting and Finance.
In terms of industry experience, he currently has 7+ years (since 2019-now) as an investment analyst at Antipodes Partners, an Australian based global equities hedge fund that manages ~AU$10 billion in funds under management, covering technology companies as lead analyst (and joined as their first university graduate!).
He was also the former Chief Financial Officer at Atlas Academia, an Australian science tutoring start-up based in Australia, where he oversaw ~200 students and ~20 teachers from 2021-24.
Prior to all this, he had 3 years of audit/corporate finance experience working at Deloitte, a big 4 professional accounting firm, whilst studying at UNSW in parallel (from 2015-18).
Michael brings strong analytical, strategic and operational experience to Oxford Elite. He helps lead the centre’s strategy, parent experience, business operations and long-term development.
Wing Wong
Co-Founder & CEO & Science Specialist
Wing is a Co-Founder of Oxford Elite Education Centre and an experienced teacher. She completed her PGCE at the University of Oxford and has significant teaching experience in the UK and Hong Kong.
Wing specialises in Science education and supports students with clear explanations and structured learning. She understands how to help students break down difficult concepts and improve confidence.
Her teaching style is patient, organised and encouraging.
Victor Tang
English Specialist
Victor is an English Specialist at Oxford Elite Education Centre. He is TEFL certified and focuses on helping students improve their English communication skills, including phonics, grammar, and speaking confidence.
Victor’s lessons are designed to be supportive, practical and tailored to each student’s level. He helps students become more comfortable using English in lessons, school and everyday communication.
